Eggs Scottish

Ingredients
150 g ham
3 anchovy fillets
3 slices white bread
pinch of pepper
5 eggs
fat
Method
Anchovies cut into very small pieces, and grind the ham. Add chopped, soaked and squeezed slices, pepper and an egg. The remaining 4 eggs Boil hard, peel, rolled with ham mixture and fry in hot fat. Cut into halves and served on fried bread.
