1 cup water (or freshly squeezed orange juice)
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup sunflower oil
1 and 1/2 cup flour (maybe a little more)
1 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
1 handful of raisins
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp cloves (minced meat)
1 handful of sesame

Beat with mixer first the oil and sugar, then pour the water (juice) and then add the flour mixed with baking powder (flour confused without mixer). Once a homogeneous mix, add the raisins, the walnuts, cinnamon and cloves. The finished mixture is poured into a greased and floured pan and sprinkle with plenty of sesame. Bake at 160 C for about 1 hour.

Thanks for the recipe. I think it will become a delicious cake. I will try for two reasons - first: I like taking recipe and second: not to miss luck her :) And for any date on the calendar to do (do not know when is the feast of St. Fanuri)?
