Feta cheese mousse with red peppers

Ingredients
300 g feta cheese
100 g cottage cheese
2 tbsp thick cream
1 tbsp mayonnaise
7 red peppers or roasted peppers
sunflower oil
pepper
salt

Method
If peppers are raw - baked and peel. Allow to drain and cut. Smash is the feta cheese and the cottage cheese, then mix with the cream and mayonnaise. Mix well. Add a little sunflower oil and paprika mixture and passaged. Cut peppers are placed in the resulting mixture and stir - if needed add salt. Put it in the refrigerator 1 to 2 hours before presentation.
