Ingredients
500 g feta cheese
1-2 heads (100 g) onion

Method
Finely chop finely, add salt and triturated in hands squeezed and mixed with mashed feta cheese, paprika and pepper. The mixture is stirred, pour into bowl and forms a pile. If the feta cheese is very savory, soak in advance. It is best to use fresh unsalted feta cheese.
