Ingredients
1 kg meat of deer
butter
sunflower oil
1 orange
сос Madeira
1 tsp (5 g) potato flour
1/2 cup (100 ml) orange liqueur
spices
meat bouillon
salt

potato croquettes
green beans
tomatoes
mushrooms
butter

pepper
Method
Boned meat is cut into small steaks, fuck, the salting is , sprinkle with pepper and rub with spices. Fry on both sides in sunflower oil and butter and leave in a warm place.
