1 fish mackerel - Danube, about 1-1.5 kg
2-3 dried red peppers

The fish is cleaned and washed. Salted and baked on BBQ. The dry peppers are roasted lightly cleaned seeds and smash. Pour boiling water, add salt, olive oil and paprika. This marinade is poured over the fish so as to cover it. Dish stand at least 2-3 hours before serving. The fish can be filled in advance with lovage, prior to baking. Red pepper can be replaced by hot, according to taste.
