Fragrant salmon

2 boilers salmon
2-3 tbsp soy sauce
2 cloves pressed garlic
1 tbsp grated ginger
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp sunflower oil

Mix together the soy sauce, garlic, ginger and honey . Put the fillets in a bowl, pour the marinade and leave in refrigerator for 10-15 minutes. We heated the oil in a nonstick skillet. Drain the fillets from the marinade and fry for 5-6 minutes on each side. Serve with potato salad, salad of lettuce.

I like the combination of products in the marinade. I guess that would be suitable for other species.

fish looks very appetizing, just hit the color - dark enough, but not burnt, directly imagine how nibble the crust ... Wow, I had breakfast before you see here :)

I'm not looking for the source of the recipe, I bought salmon along with the recipe from fiction in it to have prepared. How to edit now, where to fix it.

Thank you, Petya! :) I prepared it into the oven, each piece I turned with aluminum foil. Peko in preheated oven at 200 gradusa 15min. on one side and 15 min. on the other. Enjoy your meal! Was very delicious!
