Fresh bruschetta with tomato and basil

Ingredients
8 slices Csaba or baguette (French bread)
1-2 tomatoes, ripe, firm
1 clove garlic
4-5 sprigs fresh basil
3-4 tbsp olive oil
salt

Method
Cut the tomatoes into very small cubes, basil into fine strips. Mix, add salt and dripped with olive oil. The bread is baked in a toaster or a BBQ. Clove of garlic cut in half and with the cut side is rubbed on bread. Tomato mixture is distributed on on bread and serve immediately. * Quantities are for 2 servings.

appetizing and easy! :)

This is a typical Spanish breakfast, with these differences that the tomatoes grated, basil and olive oil are missing pokapva on fried, halved lengthwise pre baguettes.

Next time I'll put basil :)

I read the recipe steple and I thought of these rolls, which I know them from my friends from Lecce (on top of the current boot :))

Rally, the important thing is that they are delicious, crunchy and useful, and with basil, maybe even more delicious;)

Quick, easy and delicious. Next time I think I put and chopped olives.
