Method
Radishes cleaned, washed and cut into rings in a large bowl. Sprinkle with salt, vinegar and sunflower oil. Boil the eggs hard, egg whites are cut into thin strips and sprinkle on radishes. Add salt and egg yolks are crushed with a fork, mix well with pre-mixed yogurt. Add 1 tbsp vinegar and sunflower oil and salt to taste and the prepared mixture is poured radishes. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and salad garnish with olives.
