Fried buns with debartsini

Ingredients
500 g flour
350 g debartsini
7 g dry yeast
salt
fat frying
Method
Flour placed in the tray and to this was added dry yeast dissolved in 200 ml lukewarm water . Messi until soft dough. It is cut and the pieces are made balls, then spread with a rolling pin and place in them half debartsina. In the hot fat placed finished buns and fry until golden. Serve warm.
