Fried fish with white sauce

Ingredients
800 g of fish
1 cup flour
80 ml butter
3 cups warm fish broth or water
pepper
salt
Method
Fish are washed and cut into pieces. Add some flour and fry until golden. 4 tbsp flour fry until golden in 60 ml butter, carefully diluted with about 3 cups fish broth or warm water, so as to obtain a sauce density boza. Allow the fire to boil, stirring continuously. Pour the sauce in a serving plate and top ranks fried fish. Remaining butter is melted, stir in the paprika and it watered dish. Serve warm.
