Fried frog legs with parsley

Ingredients
about 40 frogs'legs
salt
pepper
flour
egg 1
breadcrumbs
frying fat
parsley
cheese
40 g butter
Method
If you have not pre-leg is skin removed and circumcised upper leg to be given a smooth shape. To fade meat, legs stringing thin smooth rod and soak 5-6 hours in cold water that is changed every hour - hour and a half. Then soaked 2 hours in a slightly acidified water. Remove and dry with a towel. Fried successively into flour, in beaten egg and breadcrumbs and fry in vegetable oil heated to dark yellow in color. Parsley fry gently in butter, put it on a plate on it and make a pile of legs, which is sprinkled with grated cheese.
