Ingredients
600 g minced meat mixture
cumin, black pepper, salt
2 slices white bread
1 egg
5 triangles processed cheese
# breading:
100 g flour
breadcrumbs
2 eggs

Method
Minced meat is kneaded with spices. Add the bread, as previously drained of water and beaten egg. Knead again. Divide into 20 balls. With flour flattened palm, put a piece of processed cheese and cover with another flattened circle mince. Form a large meatball and so with all the balls. Finally I make double breading: Oval is first in flour, then in egg and finally in breadcrumbs, then stand 10 minutes in the refrigerator again Fried egg, breadcrumbs and again 10 minutes in the refrigerator. Fry in preheated oil until golden.
