Ingredients
500 g pork
1 onion
salt
pepper
savory
# For the filling:
100 g ham
2 eggs
3-4 pickles
100 g mushrooms
# For the batter:
sunflower oil
2 eggs
breadcrumbs
flour
Method
Minced meat is kneaded with onion, salt, pepper and savory. Allow to stand for 1 hour. Products for the filling are finely chopped. Of minced meat form meatballs, which are spread over the entire palm. In the middle put a spoonful of filling. Shape is elliptical. Breaded in flour, egg and breadcrumbs and fry in very hot oil.
