Fried pickled brain

Ingredients
700-800 g beef or pork marrow
1 bunch roots soup
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
3-4 tbsp flour
lemon juice
vinegar
pepper
bay leaf
parsley
1 tbsp vegetable oil
60 g butter
salt
parsley
Method
Brain soak for 1-2 hours in cold water. Boil decoction of water, 1 tbsp vinegar, salt, coarsely chopped root soup, 3-4 peppercorns, and bay leaf and piece it is placed izkisnatiyat brain. Boil for 15 minutes over high heat 10 minutes on low. Allow to cool in the broth, drained, peeled and cut into slices that are marinated 30 minutes in a marinade of lemon juice, vegetable oil, salt, pepper and parsley. Dip in batter made from egg, milk, flour and a pinch of salt and fried in hot butter, which is then removed in a heated plate. In the same oil fry lightly salted parsley, garnish with which the brain.
