Ingredients
1 kg pork liver
200 g breadcrumbs
soy sauce
savory, black pepper, salt
lemon juice
sunflower oil for frying

Method
The liver is washed and drained. Cut into slices. Place in a bowl and marinate with spices / salt, pepper, savory, soy sauce and lemon juice /. Allow about one hour in a refrigerator to take the spices. In a pan heat the oil, every piece of liver is plenty add some bread crumbs and fry until golden. For garnish is suitable steamed rice or baked pepper.
