German fish ragout

Ingredients
600 g cod
1 onion
1 tbsp (10 ml) sunflower oil
1 egg
nutmeg
lemon juice
1 tsp (5 g) flour
pepper
salt
Method
Finely chopped onion fry in sunflower oil, add salt and pepper. The fish is cut into small pieces, place in a large saucepan, pour with onion mixture, add nutmeg and 3 tablespoons water, capped with a close fitting lid and cook in low oven for half an hour. Egg mix with flour, lemon juice and 1 tbsp fish broth, fish pour and bake another 10 minutes.
