Ingredients
2 kg readymade dough
1/2 cup sugar
4 tbsp sesame
1 yolk spreads
1 tbsp sunflower oil

Method
From the dough ball is taken, more than egg and rolled wide strip of length 50 cm wound on a roll, twist and ends are fastened to one another, to give bagel. Leave to rise. When done, are coated with a broken yolk, the oil and very little water, sprinkle with the sugar first, then with sesame. Bake in preheated oven. Finished rolled pretzels with a damp cloth.
