Greek Moussaka without topping

Ingredients
2 eggplants
1 kg potatoes
2-3 tomatoes
500 g minced meat (mixture)
1 onion
1 beef bouillon cube
200 g cheese
pepper, salt
sunflower oil frying

Method
Eggplant peel and cut into slices. Add salt and leave to drain from bitterness. Then rinsed with water. Potatoes are peeled and cut into slices. Both fry lightly in fat. Then put on paper to absorb excess fat. In pan arrange potatoes, and on them - eggplants. Pour broth dissolved in 1 cup hot water. Put in preheated oven to soften. Minced meat fry for a while. Then add chopped onion. Stir a few times and then everything is well fried add pepper and salt. Spread on potatoes and eggplant. Top arrange the tomatoes, cut into circles. Bake for 1/2 hour. Shortly before withdrawing sprinkle with grated cheese.
