Green pork with noodles and sesame

250 g noodles (rice noodles)
1 onion
400 g pork
3 carrots
3 cloves garlic
1 egg
250 g frozen spinach
1 tbsp sugar
75 ml peanut sunflower oil
1 tsp sesame seeds
2 tsp sesame sunflower oil
3 tbsp soy sauce
# For the marinade:
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame seed
1 tsp sugar
Cut the meat into thin slices and marinate in premixed products marinade. Onions and garlic finely and carrot - thin strips. noodles are cooked, and then rinsed with cold water. From the egg is made thin pancake, which is wound into a roll and cut into thin strips. Marinated meat fry in wok pan with 50 ml peanut sunflower oil. The meat is removed, and in the pan add the remaining sunflower oil, which is fried garlic, onions and carrots. Add sesame seeds and mix well. Finally, add spinach, 2 minutes is seasoned with soy sauce and sesame sunflower oil. Meat returns, stir well and add the strips pancake. Cooked noodles are placed in buy as sofa, on which meat is served.
