Method
Luke cut into in small pieces and fry in the oil with mushrooms, sliced, spices, tomatoes and chopped peppers. Potatoes cut into large cubes, carrots cut into slices and put at the bottom of casseroles. On them pour green beans, topped precooked meat. Cover with the roux and make up with water, enough to cover the products. Bake until ready.
