Hepburn braunis

1/4 cup flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)
115 g butter
1/2 cup cocoa
2 tsp instant coffee
2 eggs at room temperature
1 cup sugar
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 vanilla
115 g chocolate

Grill oven is placed in the middle and included 160 C. Sift the flour with the salt and cinnamon. In a heavy-bottomed saucepan put butter and when it starts to melt, add the cocoa and coffee. Stir with a wire whisk until homogeneous. Allow to cool down for 3 minutes. Add one egg at a time, while stirring continuously. Then put sugar and vanilla stirring gently so as not to add air in the mixture. Finally, add the flour, the walnuts and chopped chocolate. Stir gently with a wooden spoon or silicone spatula. Pour the mixture into a baking dish 20x20 cm., Covered with baking paper or greased and floured. Bake for 30 minutes. The tray is removed from the oven and allow to fully cool down. Braunisa was cut into 16 pieces. * In the recipe used cup (1 cup) of 240 ml. * This reconstituted braunis becomes dry and crispy crust and juicy, thick, sticky, chewy filler in the middle.

It was exactly as described - with a crispy crust and juicy (sticky) inside. Has a very pleasant taste. Just think that cocoa can reduce (there are very intense cocoa flavor and bitter taste), but this is a matter of personal preference. The recipe is successful and will use it often.
