Ice cream with caramelized walnuts and raisins

Ingredients
1 l pastry cream
8 eggs
powdered sugar
200 g of sugar crystals
walnuts and raisins
Method
Mix cream foam. Separately, beat egg whites with a little powdered sugar on snow and yolks to graying. Sugar is put on the stove to caramelized with the walnuts. Cool and hammered into pieces. All products are mixed by adding and raisins. Put it in the camera freezes. Can be served alone or with topping.
