Inzhir-baklava

Ingredients
600 g flour
1 tsp (5 g) salt
200 g butter
250 g walnuts
500 g sugar
Method
Involved dough of flour, salt and water as necessary. 35-40 is rolled thin wafers that as poluzasahnat sprinkle with melted butter and ground walnuts. Fold each rectangle of sheet and rolled thin rolling pin. A man holds a rolling pin, and another escaped coiled around her sheet. Put it in an oiled dish crust, rolled snail. After all ordered baklava, sprinkle the top with melted butter and bake in moderate oven until baklava is red. Finished and cold baklava pour hot syrup made from sugar and 2 cups (400 ml) of water.
