Karbonada with soy sauce and cheese

Ingredients
1 kg pork loin
100 ml soy sauce
300 g cheese

Method
Washed and dried fillet cut into slices, ordered in a shallow container of Jena glass and pour the soy sauce. Allow to stand for several hours and then poured with a little water (so as to cover the bottom of the container). Put it in a preheated moderate oven, covered with a lid and stew until soft. Finished meat sprinkled with grated cheese and bake another 5-6 minutes without a lid. Serve with a vegetable side dish of your choice.

This is surprising and less soy sauce. And by adding and 1 cup red wine and spices to taste will see the difference. Enjoy your meal.
