Kavarma with liver

Ingredients
600 g liver
1/2 cup (100 ml) vegetable oil
3 cups (600 ml) cabbage juice
1 tbsp (20 g) flour
pepper
salt
Method
The liver is washed and cut into pieces, which are rolled in flour and fried in fat and then pour the cabbage juice and water, sprinkle with paprika and cook on low heat until ready. Finally, add salt to taste.
