Kazartma in Macedonia

Ingredients
1 kg beef boneless meat
250 g onion
200 g yogurt
2 chillies
150 g butter
caraway
pepper and paprika
allspice
salt
Method
The beef is cut into large chunks and fry in 100 g butter. Add salt, cumin, allspice and 300 ml warm water. Boil until tender and add pre-steamed in butter remaining chopped onion and a little water, peppers, yogurt and paprika. Dish simmer until issuance of the water. Serve hot, sprinkled with pepper.
