Ingredients
600 g pork boneless
100 ml wine
2 onions
2-3 Allspice
3-4 peppercorns
2 tbsp tomato paste
6 tbsp sunflower oil
1 tbsp red Pepper
100 ml water
bay leaf
salt

Method
Cut the meat into cubes and fry in the oil for 4-5 minutes. Add chopped onion, add some salt. Meat stew on low heat to evaporate the liquid. Sprinkle the meat with flour and add red diluted in lukewarm water tomato paste and spices. Add wine and a glass of hot water. Stew for 30 minutes. Optional can be browned in a pot. You can garnish with mashed potatoes or rice stewed in butter.
