Ingredients
1.6 kg pork
200 g butter
1.6 kg soaked and chopped pickled peppers
pepper
parsley
eggs (depending on portions)
300 g onion
500 g canned tomatoes
chilli
salt
Method
The meat is cut into cubes and stew in hot sunflower oil. To it add the chopped onion, pickled peppers, tomatoes and hot peppers. When the dish is ready to distribute in pots, seasoned with pepper and salt if necessary, top to clicks on an egg and bake.
