Lamb with salt bush

Ingredients
700-800 g lamb
800 g - 1 kg salt bush
10 scallions
1-2 sprigs fresh garlic
1 tbsp tomato puree (2-3 fresh tomatoes or sterilized)
1/2 cup sunflower oil
1 tbsp toasted flour
salt
mint or parsley

Method
Cut the meat into portions and boiled in salted water. Can be used left and roasted meat - as I enjoyed in the case. chopped onion stew in the heated sunflower oil. Add the cleaned, washed and chopped salt bush. Stews under the lid just enough to soften and settle. If necessary, make up a little of the broth. Add the meat, tomato puree and toasted flour mixed into a little cold water, broth, if necessary - salt. Dish boil a few minutes on low heat, remove and sprinkle with chopped mint. * Can be used and other meat - chicken, beef or sausage.
