Lasagna carbonara with mushrooms

Ingredients
400 g sheet for lasagna
200 g mushrooms
150 g bacon or ham
1 cup white wine
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
butter
150 g cheese for sprinkling
pepper, salt
# For Béchamel sauce:
500 ml milk
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
nutmeg
pepper
olive oil
Method
In a pan melt the butter and fry it until golden onion, garlic and bacon. Add white wine and spices. The liquid was allowed to boil off almost to fat. For the sauce Béchamel flour fry in melted butter for no more than a minute. Pour cold milk and seasoned with black pepper and nutmeg. Boil for 4-5 minutes, until thickened. At the bottom of a deep rectangular pan put a little olive oil and beshamelov sauce. Place order sheets (can blanch them for 1 minute in boiling water), is distributed less than filling. Placed second row wafers beshamelov sauce and stuffing. Bake in a preheated 180 C oven for 30-40 minutes (until ready). Lasagna sprinkle with plenty of cheese and returned to the oven for a few minutes to red.
