Layered cake with cream of cottage cheese and creamer

Ingredients
ready bases
# brown cream:
400 g unsalted cottage cheese
150 ml milk
1 creamer Cocoa or Chocolate (50 g)
1 full tbsp cocoa powder
4 full tbsp sugar
1 tsp rum
# For the syrup:
300 ml
3 tbsp sugar
# For decoration - white cream:
1 creamer White (50 g)
150 ml milk
marmalade, fruit sweet or fresh fruit

Method
Brown cream is prepared, as all components are placed in a bowl and beat with mixer until thick, smooth cream. For the syrup boil the water with the sugar and boil for 2-3 minutes. For decoration - dry cream mix with milk for 5-6 minutes and leave in refrigerator while preparing the cake. The bases are irrigated with syrup and sewn with part of the brown cream. Top side is coated with the remaining cream. The cake is decorated with white cream, fruit jam or fresh fruit. * cream filling can be used independently, served in proper glasses and decorated of your choice. * The picture cake is made from 3 ready sponge the base.

Rally, I'm glad you liked it! It is very easy to implement. Can be made with other colors creamer and accordingly decked with appropriate fruit. I now had nothing appropriate at hand and injection molding for decoration strawberry jam. And the cream is very light.

Ina, great cake! Blagodaryaza recipe! Made with curd cream with vanilla cream and get a great dessert cream that I distributed in glasses and I poured fresh (without cheese) vanilla cream.
Will do and cake - I have an idea to replace and cake with biscotti to dip in coffee :)
