Along with cake Dynasty, again by the same author, Yoli, this is one of the most delicious cakes! Cake for the birthday of my mother in law.

I am pleasantly surprised that the cake is published today in this site. I made it for today's name day of my daughter from the site of Yoli. Very easy and taste-magic. Good for Yoli and lu4a.

And what is the *pastry unsweetened cream* just liquid cream or something in particular?

The stores have cream that is not sweetened and going and salty and sweet dishes. In this case I've used liquid cream from LIDL, which is an animal, nepodsaldena. I hope you understood me :)

lu4a, ordinary liquid cream means. Thanks for the quick reply :)

ros_iv, great ribbon! And very beautiful cake!

mother in you is probably not dreamed of such a daughter like you! Great performance! :) Just two questions: 1. Dulce de leche ready you buy it or you do it yourself, and how? (Perhaps as a caramelized sgushtenkata? ) And 2. How they create these wonderful flowers (potassium? ) - From fondant or something else? I use liquid cream Lidl - breaks are great, but if you put a stabilizer - no error! :)

CVETETO3101, THANK YOU! I used ready dulce de leche from Ukraine brought it to me, but here in the Russian shops also have it. I did not boil me. Yes, boiling sweetened condensed milk becomes dulce de leche or so-called Sgushtenka. The flowers are made of paper, but I bought them ready by the flower shop, which make candy bouquets. I ordered only three for decoration.
