Ingredients
          300 g flour
          250 g sugar
          50 g cocoa
          7 eggs
          2 baking powder
          200 g chocolate spread
          250 ml pastry cream without sugar

          Method
              Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Beat the egg yolks with sugar until blanching and until the mixture has doubled. Egg whites beat hard snow. In the yolks add the spoon by spoon the flour, then the chocolate. Continue stirring with a spoon and add egg white. Buttered baking dish (about 24-28 cm) and sprinkle with flour. Pour the mixture and bake in a preheated 180 C oven 35 minutes. Melt the chocolate spread on a water bath and whipped cream well. Allow the cake to cool, cut into two or three the base. Apply each base line with chocolate cream line, base again chocolate, cream, base and finish with cream decoration optional.

Very well received, but the latter must syrup with apricot compote and ordered plodchetata between them.
