Layered cake Princess

Ingredients
# For the base:
5 eggs
250 g sugar
250 g flour
1 vanilla
# For the filling:
1/2 orange juice
juice from 1/2 lemon
3 tsp rum
1/3 cup black tea
50 g of fruit jam
50 g ground walnuts
1 tbsp grated chocolate or cocoa
little marmalade
# For glaze:
250 g sugar
the juice and rind of 1/2 orange
# To decorate:
coconut , jelly and other
Method
Eggs, sugar and 1 tbsp water is broken down to graying. Add flour with vanilla. Mix everything well. Pour into a baking dish, covered with greased baking paper. Bake in a moderate oven. Once baked base is removed from the mold and cooled down, on top of it is cut out sheet is 2 cm thick. The rest is carved carefully, so that the bottom and sides to stay with 2 cm (base itself becomes like a pan). resulting from the sinking crumbs mixed with filling products - orange and lemon juice, rum, chocolate, fruit jam, the walnuts, marmalade and tea. If the mixture is dry and crumbly, add a little jam or tea until it is moist and sticky. carved base is smeared with jam and filled with the prepared stuffing, gently pressed with a spoon to not be room. Cover with a lid, which is also jam inside, and gently pressed. Top pour glaze, which is prepared, stirring in a glass bowl with a wooden spoon sugar 1 cup water and juice and grated rind of half an orange. Decorate optional.
