Lemon pie ready base

Ingredients
4 eggs
2 cup +5 Tbsp sugar
5 tbsp flour
1 ready base
syrup of your choice - sugar solution or other
1 lemon
Method
Divide the yolks from the whites and yolks to four add 2 cups sugar and 2 cups hot water and whip the mixture nice. Apart break up 5 tbsp flour with 1 cup cold water. Separately, beat egg whites with sugar 5 tbsp of snow. The base is divided into two parts, the syrup is optional. To the mixture to the yolks add the second mixture (flour) and boiled in a water bath to thicken. Then add juice and lemon peel. When this mixture was added cool well and egg whites of snow and mix well. Greased bottom base, cover it with the second part and spread top and sides with remaining cream. Put it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours before serving.
