Ingredients
500 g puff pastry
150 g sugar
lemon rind of 1 lemon
20 g soft butter

Method
Desktop Sprinkle with half the sugar and spread the dough on it. Grate the rind of one lemon and mix it with the remaining sugar. Sprinkle lemon sugar evenly over the dough and press gently with a rolling pin to stick better. Begin to wrap the dough from one end of the roll. Wrap up the middle of the dough. Repeat on the other end as the two rolls meet in the middle. Leave the dough for 20 minutes in the freezer, and then with a sharp knife cut biscuits. Arrange the biscuits on a tray covered with baking paper and leave enough space between them. Lightly brush the cookies with soft butter and bake in a preheated 180C oven until browned.

recipe, which is on the site is a little - different. There are lemon peel oil, do not use water.
Surely there is sufficient difference in products and in preparation to is its own recipe.
vanilinna Please excuse me :) There really is a difference in preparation. A butter and lemon peel always use them in these cookies. Attach great taste!
