Ingredients
1 curly lettuce
1 cucumber
1 bunch spring onions
1 bunch radishes
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp sunflower oil
3 tbsp vinegar

Method
Wash and Chopped salad. Add chopped green onion, cucumber and seasoning with salt, sunflower oil and vinegar. Radishes cut into thin circles and shape of roses.
