Liver oven - II type

Ingredients
500 g liver
2 onions
1-2 cloves garlic
1-2 tbsp mayonnaise
100 g cheese
dill
salt, pepper
sunflower oil for frying
milk
Method
The liver is cleaned, washed and cut into pieces. Put it in milk for half an hour. Sorting the pieces to a baking dish, add salt and sprinkle with pepper. Chop freckles and fry with garlic in fat. Add mayonnaise and pour over the liver. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes.
