Ingredients
600 g pork liver
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tsp savory
150 ml semi-dry white wine
200 g sterilized mushrooms
2 peppers
2 onions
1 tsp salt
5 tbsp sunflower oil
1/2 bunch parsley
Method
The oil becomes heated, add salt and in it fry diced liver for 5 minutes. Crescent-cut onion, diced peppers and mushrooms are added to the liver and fry for no more than 5 minutes. The mixture was removed from heat and flavored with spices. Mix well and is distributed in clay pots. Serve sprinkled with parsley and bake 5 minutes in preheated oven.
