Mackerel grilled with spicy sauce

Ingredients
4 fish mackerel
4 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame
1 tbsp sunflower oil
1 tsp honey
pinch of ginger
ground pepper
1 tsp grated lemon peel

Method
The fish is cleaned well, removing the gills and head (incl. and dark line to the spine). In a bowl mix the soy sauce, sesame seeds, the oil and honey and stir. Add ginger, black pepper and lemon rind. With a sharp knife, make cuts in fish and fish is coated with the sauce. In threads put lemon peel. Mackerel are arranged on the BBQ (occasionally fish pour remaining sauce). Bake 8-10 minutes on each side. Fish is done when the skin becomes shiny and popregori.
