Ingredients
4 mackerel
1 cup white wine
1 clove garlic - crushed
1 bunch parsley
2 tsp mustard
pepper, salt
thyme
bay leaf
1-2 tbsp sunflower oil
Method
Clean fish and smear them inside and outside with mustard. Arrange them in the pan in which you have previously put the wine, the oil part of the parsley, thyme, bay leaf, salt and pepper. Bake in moderate oven 30 minutes, occasionally pour the sauce. Currently serving sprinkle with the remaining parsley mackerel, mixed with garlic.
