Main vegetable sauce with fat

Ingredients
1 liter vegetable broth
3 tbsp (30 g) melted cow or vegetable oil
2 links roots soup
1 onion
pepper
2 pinches of sugar
lemon juice
1 tbsp (10 g) or tomato chutney
1 tsp (5 g) sweet paprika
1 clove garlic
3 tbsp (30 g) flour
Method
Chopped onion, garlic and root soup stewd with a pinch of salt in fat 10 minutes . Sprinkle flour and paprika. Was added slowly, with stirring, vegetable broth (cold) in which is dissolved the tomato paste (chutney) and the mixture was heated to softening of the vegetables, then triturated through a sieve. Sauce seasoned to taste with selected spices, lemon juice, salt, sugar and leave on low heat in a water bath until use. During the cooking sauce stir frequently to not burn.
