Meatballs in Constantinople with raisins

Ingredients
400 g of beef or veal ribs
100-150 g fat mutton
1 onion
1 potato
1 thick slice dry white bread without crust
2-3 tbsp fresh milk
1 tbsp raisins
1 egg
salt
pepper
cumin
allspice
parsley
frying fat
mashed potatoes
Method
Cleaned from the skins and tendons meat is cut, add salt and grind twice, the second grinding add potatoes, onion and pre-soaked in milk bread. To the resulting mass add egg and spices. The mixture was kneaded and formed meatballs 16, and inside of each patty were placed in several raisins. Meatballs are rolled in flour and fry in oil until light brown coloring. Remove with latticed spoon and put 4 in dishes for serving on mashed potatoes. Put some fat from frying and served hot.
