looks pretty tempting! Deserted his avocado - we could not enjoy it! :)

Ina, very photogenic and tasty dish is :) For avocados - and I loved it, very soft and slightly tasteless I was, but it brings a lot of spices and combines with other products. I do not know what you tried it, but for starters I would recommend it any more basic recipes (only with salt and garlic or salt, garlic and cilantro / parsley, a little spicy if you eat) in combination with some soft bread. Always choose ripe avocado - above in stalk with brown and fall, if gently shove - it razrezhesh should be soft, not rubber, if it is not their immature Hitch. I prefer it even slightly overripe - then it is very soft inside, almost cheese, but there should be no brown spots. If you bought is not ripe avocado - put them with banana or apple - so ripen faster. Incidentally, the interests of avocados is that ripens only after taking off.

But if you're sure that you do not like avocado - it is a matter of taste though, there is no problem in this recipe to replace salsa with avocado cut into small cubes of tomato, cucumber and onion, seasoned with a little lemon juice / vinegar and chopped parsley / cilantro :)

Neville will give him another chance! :) Obviously, you need to look for a suitable combination.

Ina Good luck! :)
