Milk soup with cheese

Ingredients
6 cups milk
3 tbsp flour
50 g butter
1 cup crumbled feta cheese
2 eggs
1/3 bunch parsley
pepper
salt
Method
Fry flour in 2/3 of the butter and diluted with milk. Soup boil at medium heat for 5 minutes and remove from heat. Add the remaining 1/3 of the butter, hard-boiled and finely chopped eggs and salt to taste. When serving sprinkle the soup with crumbled feta cheese, blended with finely chopped parsley and pepper.
