Ingredients
300 g mixed mince
2 onions
300 g potatoes
4 tomatoes
2 tbsp sunflower oil
8 tbsp white wine
250 ml broth
300 g celery
rosemary
salt
pepper
Method
Fry the minced meat in hot sunflower oil. Peel the onion, chop it finely and fry with minced meat, until translucent. Clean and wash the celery and potatoes. Chopped celery and potatoes on wheels. Add the vegetables to the oil and gently fry them. Add broth, wine and rosemary and cook them for about 20 minutes. Cleaned, peeled and sliced ​​tomatoes add to the dish. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with steamed rice or pasta with butter.
