Minced meat with spinach and bacon in the oven

Ingredients
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
100 g spinach
1 tbsp olive oil
5 tbsp ketchup
2 tbsp mustard
6 tsp brown sugar
1 kg beef
4 eggs
salt
8 thin slices of bacon
pepper
Method
Onions and garlic are cut very finely. Spinach was washed and brewed in a pot until the loss of its volume. Remove and drain the water and then cut into small pieces also. Heat olive oil in a pan and fry it in the onion and garlic until translucent. Leave to cool. Heat oven to 200 C. Fry the onion and garlic mixed with ketchup, mustard and brown sugar and mixed with minced meat, eggs and spinach. The mixture is placed in an oblong shape cake or bread and cover with bacon. Wind up with aluminum foil and bake about 45 minutes in preheated oven. 5 minutes before end of baking removing fthe oil to get a crispy crust.
