Ingredients
800 g ready puff pastry
4 tsp sugar
4-5 peaches, it is better to have nectarines
3 tbsp olive oil
5-6 drops of rum
5-6 drops vanilla

Method
Cut peaches of crescents in a bowl. Add them 3 tablespoons sugar, 2 tablespoons olive oil, drops of rum and vanilla. Mix thoroughly and set aside. With pizza cutter cut puff dough into small squares. Pierce them with a fork. In a small bowl mix 1 tablespoon olive oil and 1 tablespoon sugar. This mixture lubricate all the squares, leaving 1 cm, which is not coated. On each square put a slice of peach. Bake in preheated oven at 200C degrees. Remove from oven and cool after sprinkle with powdered sugar.
