Ingredients
1 kg potatoes
carrots 2
1 onion
2 peppers
200 g per celery
200 g peas
2 tomatoes
500 g minced meat
600 g yogurt
4 eggs
4 tbsp flour
sunflower oil
black pepper, salt, 1 tsp paprika, Ronen savory and basil (dry), 2 cubes vegetable broth

Method
Peel the potatoes and cut into small cubes. Peppers, carrots, onions and celery finely and tomatoes grated. In a deep pot fry the peppers. carrots, onions and celery, with golden brown and fry the minced meat, add and bulyonchetata. After minced meat is ready and put the potatoes and peas, bay water. As the potatoes soften, add the salt, pepper, paprika, savory, basil and salt and grated tomatoes. Transfer the resulting mixture in the pan and bake until issuance of the water. Make a sauce of yogurt, flour and eggs and pour this mixture moussaka. Bake until crust catch.
